The WHM Home interface includes links to all of WHM's sections. You can use WHM's interfaces to manage IP addresses, accounts, and software on your server.
|Server Configuration||The Initial Setup Wizard interface, which the server ran when you first accessed WHM, aided you to properly configure your server. You can use the Server Configuration section to update these configuration options.|
|Support||This section allows you to determine how your customers contact you for support. In addition, you can create a cPanel support ticket and grant cPanel support access to your server.|
|Networking Setup||This section allows you to configure your server for use on the Internet.|
|Security Center||This section allows you to improve security on your server. For example, you can fix insecurities in suEXEC or CGI, or manage SSH keys and users.|
|Server Contacts||This section allows you to choose how to contact the server’s administrator.|
|Resellers||This section allows you to access a list of your reseller accounts, as well as the Reseller Center interface, in which you can assign new reseller accounts and configure existing reseller accounts.|
|Service Configuration||This section allows you to configure cPanel & WHM's services and service daemons.|
|Locales||This section allows you to manage your server's locales.|
This section allows you to create backups of your server’s configuration and content, and schedule automatic backups. You can use backups at a later time to restore data on your server.
|Clusters||This section allows you to configure a number of servers to share DNS information or WHM configuration settings, and to create a trust key relationship between those servers.|
|System Reboot||This section offers two methods to reboot your server. The method that you should use depends on why you wish to reboot the server.|
|Server Status||This section allows you to access several lists to view information about your server. These lists are helpful when you troubleshoot hardware or software issues.|
|Account Information||This section allows you to view information about specific accounts, your accounts in general, and provides a number of configuration options.|
|Account Functions||This section allows you to create new WHM or cPanel accounts, and to manage the existing accounts on your server.|
|Multi Account Functions||This section allows you to manage multiple cPanel accounts at one time.|
|Transfers||This section allows you to copy accounts from one server to another.|
This section allows you to manage cPanel themes. A cPanel theme is the skeletal frame on which the interface's visual style, or skin, appears.
Packages are limitations on the resources that you allow an account to use. For example, you may specify how much disk space an account can use. The system bundles and saves these limitations so that you can apply them to accounts later. This streamlines the creation of new accounts, because it allows you to sell predefined packages to your cPanel account holders or resellers.
|DNS Functions||This section provides access to basic functions that relate to your server’s Domain Name System (DNS) data.|
|SQL Services||This section allows you to manage SQL databases on your server.|
|IP Functions||This section allows you to manage IP addresses on your server.|
|Software||This section allows you to manage software that you installed on your server.|
|This section allows you to configure and manage how your server handles email.|
|System Health||This section allows you to view data about your server's usage, as well as processes that run on the server.|
|cPanel||This section allows you to manage features that directly relate to your cPanel customers.|
|SSL TLS - WHM||SSL and TLS are cryptographic schemes that allow a visitor’s web browser to communicate securely with a web server. You should use SSL/TLS to protect all of the sensitive data (for example, credit card numbers, or login information) that your server transmits over the Internet. TLS is the most recent version of SSL. This section allows you to perform several functions to help secure your server.|
|Market||This section allows you to manage the providers that will appear in each user's cPanel Market. It also allows you to manage the products that appear, their prices, and which one to recommend.|
|Restart Services||This section allows you to restart a service (usually a daemon) on your web server. Daemons are small processes that run in the background of your server.|
|Development||This section allows easy access to development resources, which include an interface to manage Standardized Hooks.|
|Plugins||This section allows you to configure the plugins on your server.|
