This function retrieves the Technical Support Agreement text and metadata about the user's agreement status from the cPanel Customer Portal.
To use this function, you must set up an OAuth2 a cPanelID token in your current session. For more information, read our cPanel::OAuth2 cPanelID documentation.
This function does not accept parameters.
