cPanel & WHM no longer develops EasyApache 3 and only releases security updates for it. We will deprecate EasyApache 3 on December 31, 2018. After that date, we will no longer update EasyApache 3. The Mysqli module provides an improved access module for MySQL® databases.

This module has no known compatibility issues.


If you enable this option, EasyApache adds the  --with-mysqli flag to PHP's configuration options.

If you enable this option and Cpanel::Easy::PHP5::MysqlOfSystem, EasyApache adds --with-mysqli=directory to PHP's configuration options.


 You must disable MySQL and MySQL of the System to use MySQLi with mysqlnd.
