For cPanel & WHM version 60
cPanel & WHM ships with a large collection of third party software that performs a wide variety of functions.
A large number of third parties distribute their software under various open-source license agreements. cPanel, Inc. includes copies of all applicable open-source licenses on your server, and ensures that source RPMs (SRPMs) are publicly available.
SourceGuardian Loader, ioncube, and Zend Optimizer are not open-source applications.
You can find copies of all of the license agreements that apply to cPanel's third-party software in the
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/common-licenses directory on your server. This directory includes license information for third-party software that cPanel ships as RPMs, and for cPanel-provided Site Publisher templates.
For example, the
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/share/common-licenses/LGPL-2 file is a copy of the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.
