Warning:

This document describes functionality from cPanel's deprecated x3 theme. We strongly recommend that you use cPanel's current theme (Paper Lantern) instead.

  • We removed the deprecated x3 theme from new installations in cPanel & WHM version 60.
    • Make certain that you read the appropriate documentation version for your version of cPanel & WHM.
    • For more information, read our What's My Version Number documentation.
  • cPanel's Paper Lantern theme does not include certain x3 theme-specific features.
    • For a complete list of Paper Lantern features, read our cPanel Features List documentation.
    • If you need a feature that the Paper Lantern theme does not include, submit a feature request.

Overview

The Contact Customer Support interface allows you to send a support request to your hosting provider via email.

Note:

Your hosting provider may disable this interface, or they may not monitor the default support mailbox for support requests. Contact your hosting provider for information about how to submit support requests to them.

Submit a Support Request

To submit a support request through the cPanel interface, perform the following steps:

  1. Enter the appropriate information in the NameEmailSubject, and Issue text boxes.
  2. Click Submit.

Remember:

  • Specify the email address at which you wish your hosting provider to contact you. If you do not submit the appropriate email address in the Email text box, your hosting provider may not be able to resolve your issue.

  • Be as clear and concise about your issue. The more relevant information that you provide about your problem, the easier it is for your hosting provider's technical support staff to assist you.
